He has not practised in Hong Kong SAR for at least one year, and undertake to inform the College as soon as he resumes any form of remunerative medical practice in Hong Kong SAR

He submits an application to the Honorary Secretary and his application for transfer must be submitted before the next membership fee is due;

He continues to uphold the aims and objectives of the College

His application is endorsed by the Chairman of the Membership Committee and approved by the Council

He should inform the College as soon as possible if he ceases to reside or practise outside Hong Kong SAR

A Non-HKSAR Fellow is considered to be inactive and will be exempted from the Accreditation Scheme

A Non-HKSAR Fellow will not have voting rights
