Non-HKSAR Membership


A medical doctor will be eligible for admission/transfer to become a Non-HKSAR Membership if

New Application
Transfer
He is a registered medical practitioner in his place of domicile, i.e. he resides and practises outside Hong Kong SAR

He has not practised in Hong Kong SAR for at least one year, and undertake to inform the College as soon as he resumes any form of remunerative medical practice in Hong Kong SAR

He supports the aims of the College

He submits an application to the Honorary Secretary in the form prescribed by the Council

He gives an undertaking that he will, if elected

  • Uphold and promote to the best of his ability the aims and objectives of the College;
  • Observe and comply with the provisions of the Memorandum and Articles of Association and such Regulations and By-Laws of the College as may from time to time be in force

His application is endorsed by the Chairman of the Membership Committee and approved by the Council

Note : For existing members, an application for transfer must be submitted to the College before the next membership fee is due
